Tom and Jerry: Mouse Hunt Overview
Tom and Jerry: Mouse Hunt is a chase based game where players control either Tom or Jerry, each with distinct physical attributes. The core objective involves managing numerous little mice that have been frightened into hiding. These mice must be collected within a specific time limit that changes per stage and returned to a safe nest area.
Various items found in the levels, such as cheese, bombs, and household objects, can be used to assist in the collection or to hinder the opponent. Interfering with the other character by attacking or distracting them creates delays. The safe nest is not entirely secure, as collected mice can still be targeted there.
Player progression is saved through a password system. Outside the main mode, two additional mini games are included, one being a Whack a cat variant and another that mimics the style of an old LCD game.
