Zap In Space Overview
Zap In Space was one of those simple Flash games you'd find on a portal in the late 2000s. It didn't have a big studio name attached, just a straightforward premise that fit right into the era of quick browser breaks.
You control a small robot, Zap, who is constantly moving forward through a starfield. Your only tool is the mouse, which you use to click and drag obstacles out of his path. Asteroids drift toward you, and you have to clear them before they cause a collision. The goal is simply to survive for as long as possible, with the score ticking up based on distance. The pace is steady, and the difficulty comes from the increasing number of objects you need to manage. It feels like a test of focused, reactive patience.
