Wulfgar Overview
Wulfgar was one of those games you'd find on a Flash portal in the early 2000s. It had that distinct look and feel of the era, with simple graphics and a straightforward premise. You played as a barbarian, tasked with clearing a land of the restless dead.
You control the warrior from a side view, moving left and right across the screen. The objective is to fight through waves of skeletons and zombies. You have a few basic moves: a standard sword slash, a stronger overhead chop, and a block to defend against attacks. The game encourages aggressive play, as defeating enemies often involves dismembering them with your strikes. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty comes from the number of foes that can surround you at once. It feels like a brisk, violent arcade brawler where you are constantly swinging your sword.
