You control a truck, not Spider-Man himself, from a top-down perspective as you speed down a highway. Your main goal is to survive as long as possible while completing specific missions that pop up, like destroying certain vehicles. Moment to moment, you're dodging traffic, shooting at other cars with your mounted weapon, and trying to avoid their return fire. Colliding with vehicles or taking hits depletes your armor; once it's gone, the game ends. The pacing is relentless, with a constant stream of obstacles making it quite challenging. It feels like a hectic, no-frills race where your focus is entirely on reaction and survival.
