Sky Boy Overview
Sky Boy was one of those simple, absorbing games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a straightforward task with a surprising amount of tension. You controlled a window cleaner working on the side of a tall building, which was a common setup for many quick browser games at the time.
You guide the cleaner left and right across the building's face, using a squeegee to wipe each window panel clean. The main goal is to clear every window on the level. The challenge comes from the building's residents; they occasionally open their windows without warning, which knocks you off your perch if you're in the way. You have to time your movements, pausing to clean while watching for any sudden movement from the panes. The pace is methodical but punctuated by these little moments of panic when a window swings out. It feels like a careful, precarious dance against an unpredictable facade.
