Sharn Yarn Overview
Sharn Yarn was one of those simple, colorful games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a straightforward task, and that was part of its charm. You played as Sharn, a character given a chore by his mother to clean up a park.
You control Sharn directly, moving him around the screen to pick up pieces of yarn scattered across each level. The main objective is to collect every last one before the timer runs out. The mechanics are basic: you walk over the yarn to grab it, and you must avoid the enemies that patrol the area. Some stages introduce obstacles or more complex enemy patterns that force you to plan your route. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty increases steadily, asking you to be both fast and careful. It feels like a quiet, focused race against the clock.
