Sandman Rampage Overview
Sandman Rampage was one of those straightforward Flash games you'd find in the late 2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, chaotic distraction during a study break or a slow afternoon. The premise was simple, and it delivered exactly what it promised without much fuss.
You control a character, often just a figure on the screen, moving through a small, contained environment. Your goal is to cause as much mayhem as possible before time runs out or you're stopped. You click to swing a weapon, usually starting with a bat, at the civilians and police that flood the area. The mechanics are basic: click to attack, move to avoid being surrounded, and sometimes pick up different weapons that appear. The pacing is frantic. Waves of enemies come quickly, and the difficulty comes from managing the crowd while your health ticks down. It feels like a controlled burst of silly, mindless energy.
