Robin Hood: Arrowhead Overview
You control Robin Hood with your mouse, aiming his bow and clicking to loose arrows at the king's guards. The moment to moment play is about timing your shots between the guards' own volleys, dodging their arrows by moving Robin left or right. Your main objective is to clear each screen of enemies to progress through the game's handful of levels. The mechanics are basic but require a steady hand; you need to lead moving targets and manage the brief pause between your shots. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty comes from the increasing number of guards and their faster attacks in later stages. It feels like a tense, rhythmic duel where a single well-placed shot can turn the fight.
