You control the nurse with your mouse, clicking to move between cribs and interact with the infants. Your main job is to keep them happy by fulfilling their needs. A baby might cry because it's hungry, so you prepare a bottle and feed it. Another might need a diaper change or just some rocking to be soothed. The mechanics are straightforward: you pick up items, use them on the babies, and put them away when you're done.
