Mad Dog Squad Overview
Mad Dog Squad was one of those games you'd find buried in the Flash portals of the early 2000s. It didn't have the polish of bigger titles, but it had a specific, odd charm that stuck with you. You played as a cheerleader, which was an unusual premise for an action game even then.
You control the cheerleader directly, using the mouse to guide her through a series of escalating confrontations. Your main goal is to defend your squad from the aggressive "Mad Dogs" using your pom poms and gymnastic moves. Moment to moment, you click to perform attacks, trying to knock back the advancing enemies. The game often involves managing multiple attackers at once, forcing you to swing and reposition constantly. The pacing is frantic, and the difficulty ramps up quickly as more enemies pour in. It feels like a chaotic, slightly absurd scramble where timing each swing matters.
