Last Egg Standing Overview
Last Egg Standing was one of those simple, single-screen games that felt right at home during the Flash era. You'd find it on a casual gaming site, load it up in a browser window, and be playing within seconds. It didn't need a complicated setup or a long tutorial.
You control a fox moving along the bottom of the screen. Your job is to catch eggs that fall from above, using a basket you carry. The eggs drop at different speeds, and you have to position yourself quickly to catch them before they hit the ground. Sometimes you need to move left or right with precise timing, and the pace gradually increases. The main objective is to catch as many eggs as you can for as long as possible, with each missed egg bringing the game closer to an end. It feels like a straightforward test of your reflexes and anticipation, where a moment's hesitation means a broken egg.
