Kitchen Queens Overview
Kitchen Queens was one of those Flash games you'd find on a cooking site in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the era's simple, single-screen browser games. You didn't need an account or a download; you just clicked and started playing.
You control a chef who must complete a series of cake orders. Each order shows a picture of a finished cake, and you have to recreate it. You start by dragging ingredients like flour and eggs into a mixing bowl. Then you click and move the mouse to stir the batter. After baking, you use different colored icings and sprinkles to decorate the cake to match the picture. The orders come faster as you progress, and a timer counts down. If you're too slow or make too many mistakes, the customer leaves. The game feels like a race against the clock in a small, tidy kitchen.
