Home Run Boy Overview
Home Run Boy was one of those simple Flash games you'd find in the late 2000s. It didn't have a complicated story or fancy graphics. You just showed up to swing a bat.
You control a batter at the plate. The pitcher winds up and throws, and you click the mouse to swing. Timing is everything. Swing too early or too late, and you'll miss or pop it up. The main goal is to hit home runs, sending the ball over the outfield fence. Some pitches come in fast, others curve, and you learn to watch the ball's path. The game moves quickly, with little pause between pitches, and it gets harder as you go. It feels like a quick test of your reflexes and eye.
