Gta Banditen Overview
GTA Banditen was one of those Flash games you'd find buried on a gaming portal in the early 2000s. It captured the simple, top-down style of the original Grand Theft Auto games, but distilled the concept into a quick browser experience. You didn't need to install anything; you just clicked and started causing chaos.
You control a small car from a bird's-eye view, navigating a grid of city blocks. The immediate goal is to drive to flashing markers to collect bags of money. A police helicopter appears almost instantly, shining a spotlight and trying to ram you. You use the arrow keys to steer, and the spacebar acts as a handbrake for sharp turns. The game moves fast. The helicopter is persistent, and the narrow streets force you into quick decisions, often leading to a crash against a building or another car. It feels frantic and a little clumsy, a race against a clock that starts the moment you pick up the first bag.
