Ghost Raider: Demon Duel Overview
Ghost Raider: Demon Duel was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, intense challenge you could play in a browser. The visuals were simple, with a dark, scrolling background that set the stage for the constant fights.
You control a lone figure armed with a flaming chain. Your goal is to survive wave after wave of zombies, clearing each screen before moving to the next. You move left and right with the arrow keys, using the spacebar to swing your weapon. The mechanics are immediate: you learn to time your swings to hit multiple enemies at once, and you constantly reposition to avoid being touched, which ends the game instantly. The pacing is relentless, with little room for error as the zombies pour in from both sides. It feels like a tense, rhythmic scramble where one mistimed move means starting over.
