Football Hooligan Overview
Football Hooligan was one of those simple, direct games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, chaotic brawler you could load in a browser. The premise was straightforward: you were a fan, and the other fans were the problem.
You control a single hooligan in a top-down arena, using your mouse to click on rival supporters and send them sprawling with a punch or a kick. The goal is to clear each screen of every opposing fan before they overwhelm you. Landing consecutive hits builds a combo meter, which seems to make your character more effective. The pacing is frantic; enemies pour in from the edges, and you're constantly swiveling to pick your next target. It feels like managing a losing fight in a crowded pub car park.
