Er Wheelchair Challenge Overview
You drive the wheelchair using the arrow keys to turn, with Z to accelerate and X to brake. The moment-to-moment play is a race against congestion. You pick up patients from the waiting area and must quickly ferry each one to the correct treatment room, like radiology or surgery, based on their needs. The main objective is to prevent the waiting room from exceeding its capacity, which ends the game. You also have to navigate carefully; hitting walls or the nurses wandering the halls damages your wheelchair, and too much damage will put you out of commission. The pacing is insistent, almost frantic, as you try to prioritize who to move next while avoiding obstacles. It feels like a chaotic, slightly absurd scramble to maintain order before everything falls apart.
