Dragon Flame Overview
Dragon Flame was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It appeared on many gaming portals, a simple title you could load in a browser and play for a few minutes between other tasks. The visuals were clean and functional, with a fantasy theme that felt familiar from countless other games of that time.
You control a dragon flying from left to right across the screen. Your main job is to breathe fire at archers positioned on the ground and on floating platforms. They shoot flaming arrows back at you, so you have to keep moving and time your attacks. The mouse is used to aim your fireballs and guide your flight path. The objective is simply to clear each wave of enemies and survive to the next screen. The pace is steady, not overly fast, but the archers become more numerous and their shots more frequent as you progress. It feels like a constant back-and-forth duel, a basic test of your aim and positioning.
