Desert Battle Overview
Desert Battle was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't have a complicated story or a big developer name attached. You just loaded it up in your browser and got straight into the fight.
You control a helicopter, moving it with the arrow keys. Your job is to fly over a desert landscape and destroy everything below, from tanks to ground installations. You have two main weapons: a standard missile for precise shots and a bomb for clearing larger areas. The controls are simple, but the game gets busy quickly. Enemy fire comes from all directions, and you have to keep moving to avoid it. The main objective is to survive as long as you can while racking up a high score. It moves at a fast clip, and the difficulty ramps up steadily as more targets appear. The experience is tense and immediate, a quick burst of focused aerial combat.
