Defend The Brewery Overview
Defend The Brewery was one of those straightforward Flash games you'd find in the late 2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, functional puzzle. You were given a simple job with clear stakes.
You control a set of movable platforms positioned above a brewery. Barrels roll down from the top of the screen, and you must shift these platforms to create paths, guiding the barrels safely into waiting trucks at the bottom. The main objective is to prevent any barrels from missing the trucks or damaging the brewery building itself. You click and drag platforms into place, often needing to think a step or two ahead as the barrels gain speed. The game starts calmly but the pacing tightens, introducing gaps and more complex routing that demands quicker reactions. It feels like a race against your own planning, where a single mistimed move sends a barrel tumbling into the wrong chute.
