Collateral Damages 1 Overview
Collateral Damages 1 was a straightforward action game from the Flash era. You controlled a large combat robot, and the goal was simple: cause as much destruction as possible to clear each stage. The pixel art style gave it a look reminiscent of older handheld games, fitting right in with other titles you'd find on a Flash gaming portal around that time.
You moved the robot with the arrow keys, using the Z key to fire its main weapon at everything in sight. Targets included buildings, police cars, and helicopters; even smaller elements on the ground could be destroyed. Pressing X would deploy a temporary shield, a necessary defense against increasing enemy fire. The game progressed level by level, with the challenge ramping up as more adversaries arrived. The experience was chaotic and direct, focused on constant movement and firing.
