Being One - Episode 1 Overview
Being One - Episode 1 was a point-and-click adventure from the Flash era. It fit right in with the kind of atmospheric, puzzle-driven games you'd find on portals back then. You play as a man who wakes up in a strange, confined room with no memory of how he got there. The immediate goal is simply to get out.
You control the character by clicking to move and interacting with objects. The gameplay involves examining every detail of your sparse surroundings, picking up items, and figuring out how to use them. You might combine objects in your inventory or apply them to parts of the environment to trigger progress. The puzzles are logical but require careful observation; missing a small clue can leave you stuck. The pacing is slow and deliberate, built on a feeling of isolation. It feels like piecing together a quiet mystery from the inside of a locked box.
