Armadillo Knight 2 Overview
Armadillo Knight 2 was one of those games you'd find on a Flash portal in the late 2000s. It didn't have a big studio name attached to it, but it was a straightforward action platformer that knew what it was. You played as a knight in a suit of armor that looked a bit like an armadillo, moving through a series of side scrolling levels filled with monsters and traps.
You control the knight with the arrow keys, running and jumping across platforms. The space bar is your attack, a simple swing of your sword to clear the path ahead. The main goal is to reach the end of each stage, often by navigating past spikes, bottomless pits, and enemies that respawn if you leave the screen. The game moves at a quick pace, and the difficulty comes from precise jumps and timing your attacks against multiple foes. It feels like a focused test of your basic platforming reflexes.
