Make A Scene: Rock Tour Overview
Make A Scene: Rock Tour was one of those simple, charming Flash games you'd find in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the era's casual, browser based experiences, letting you create a little animated scene without any complicated setup. You were essentially given a stage and a cast of characters to play with.
You control the mouse to click and drag everything. Your main objective is to populate a concert stage with a band of cartoon animals and various props to create your own music video. Each character and item you place can often be customized; selecting them might bring up extra options in a corner of the screen to change their actions. A key mechanic involves the music itself. In the bottom right, you can click icons to turn individual instruments on or off, mixing the soundtrack to your liking. The pacing is entirely your own, with no timer or score to worry about. It feels like playing with a digital diorama where your only goal is to orchestrate a silly, personalized performance.
