Dragon Fist 3 Overview
Dragon Fist 3 was one of those games you'd find in the later days of Flash, a straightforward fighter that didn't try to reinvent the wheel. It had a clean, side-on view and drew heavily from the look and feel of martial arts films. You picked a fighter and got straight into it, usually facing one opponent, though sometimes two would come at you at once.
You control a martial artist, moving left and right to close the distance or create space. The moment-to-moment play is about timing your strikes, blocks, and the occasional special move. Your main goal is to deplete your opponent's health bar before they do the same to you. The mechanics are familiar: you have a basic combo string, a projectile attack, and a super move that builds up as you fight. The pacing is quick, with rounds that don't drag on, and the difficulty can spike noticeably against certain foes. It feels like a brisk, no-frills sparring match where a single mistake can cost you the round.
